1. Eventhough after configuring for sending a custom SMS correctly,the SMS notification was not received?
The messages can be sent from Shopify - SMS Notify App back end.
Before sending messages we need to create the following,
Configure Twilio account details in the tab,'Twilio SMS Configuration' and then create customer groups as by default in Shopify customer groups and trying sending SMS to the selected Customer Groups and the customer will receive SMS notifications.
